Oct program: Wellness at Work. How to See It, Be It, and Live It.

This is a virtual event.

Program description:

Attendees will learn how to elevate wellness in the workplace, hopefully adding this topic to their existing OD services portfolios. Features include business case, description of the 8 dimension wellness wheel, sample assessment, action planning, and change management for sustainable success.

Each participant will fill out an eight-question self-assessment prior to the session.  During the session everyone will discuss the eight dimensions as they relate to organizational wellness, also methods for improving and sustaining it.  We will use brainstorming where appropriate and encourage lots of questions and comments.

Promote awareness and understanding of the eight dimensions of the wellness wheel applied to individual employees and organizations.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Apply a three-step process to elevate organizational wellness: a) assess current state wellness and identify opportunities for improvement (see it), b) address opportunities with action planning and execution (be it), and c) ensure sustainable success with effective change management practices (live it).

  2. Suggest adding organizational wellness as another service for OD practitioners’ portfolios.

    Registration is closed
