About the Speakers:
Deb Peluso
Deb is a strategy, operational excellence, and business transformation leader with 20+ years of experience working with leaders at all levels to build healthy, vibrant and productive organizations. She has built internal organization development and performance improvement teams, started and successfully ran her own company for more than ten years, and most recently led both the Strategy Alignment and Architecture and the People & Change practices at an international consulting firm.
She currently serves as the Principal Investigator on a number of applied research and performance improvement initiatives to drive culture change, performance assessment in high stakes operations, the transformation of Navy and Marine Corps programs of instruction into modern 21st century learning experiences for enlisted sailors and soldiers.
Juselly French
Juselly is a leadership consultant and coach, with over 25 years of experience in global organizations, as corporate attorney and transitioning into the field of organizational effectiveness as advisor and practice leader. She leverages the critical thinking developed as an attorney, collaborative problem-solving methods developed working with large global corporations and incorporates system thinking approaches into her coaching and transformation practice to help leaders and teams become more effective in navigating complexity and developing a holistic perspective that significantly improves strategic decision-making under uncertainty and limited information.
Juselly holds a JD from Universidad del Rosario, and LLM in Financial Law from Universidad de los Andes, and an MA in Organizational Development and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. She also holds certifications in Organizational Network Analysis, Design-thinking, PROSCI, EQi 360̊ leadership assessment, and Co-Active Coach.
Brian Hash
Brian is the Organizational Development (OD) lead at SPS Commerce, a provider of cloud-based solutions in the retail supply chain space. He’s spent much of the last 18 months building an OD practice that supports org design, employee engagement, organizational health, cultural alignment, and team effectiveness. Brian is also deeply involved in leadership development and strategic workforce planning (SWP).
Before SPS, Brian worked at Cargill, Pioneer Management Consulting, Work Effects, and Alphabet. He has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and lives in Eagan, Minnesota with his wife and 2 young kids. Outside of work, Brian enjoys sports, traveling, reading, camping, hiking, binge-watching comedies, and video games.
