March Program: The Future of OD: Our Core Essence and How We Need to Modify Change in Our New World

  • Westwood Hills Nature Center 8300 West Franklin Avenue St. Louis Park, MN, 55426 United States (map)

Program description:

We have created wonderful, useful, successful ways to approach most issues, problems, and whole system transformations in complex socio-technical systems. However, we have never come together in agreement on what makes OD, OD! And that leaves the world asking, "What is OD"? And at least since the pandemic, we have turned over our current, mixed, diverse workforce, while we have expanded the number of technical changes, and deal with faster variations of many different kinds of change. This suggests that we need to identify the successes that we’ve had thus far and modify our thinking about changes and what is needed in this new era. Let's look forward to an evening of insights and good interactions!

 Program Outcomes:

  • Identify issues within the field of OD and clarify the core essence of OD.

  • Discover processes to improve on in our new world.

  • Bridge generational gaps and empower new OD practitioners to create a better future for OD and the world at large.

This is an in-person only program. No virtual options are offered. Register today!
